Architectural Guidelines

Very few of nature's creations remain the same during the course of their existence. Our architecture guidelines for The Cliff's of Durango are intended to be equally variable. The documents contained in our Arch Guide will help guide the planning of your home toward structure that will meld with the landscape and provide you a comfortable dwelling for many years.

The Design Guidelines may be modified or supplemented from time to time so that different standards may apply to different portions of The Cliffs, reflecting variance in topography, housing types, lot sizes, orientations, and other relevant items affecting appearance and general aesthetic considerations. Any such modification or supplements will retain the overall aesthetic values and general appearance of The Cliffs.
